The last thing you may need is another commitment but adding physical activity is just the thing you should add to manage stress.

Regular physical activity generally promotes well being and reduces anxiety. Taking two 15 minute breaks during the work day to climb stairs or walk provides the benefits of a 30 minute break. It could be a good time to partner up with a co-worker or just get away from your desk, the cubicle and the office. A short break before work helps set the tone for the day and taking a break after work helps to unwind before facing life beyond the workplace. Put physical activity on your to-do list and check it off with the rest of those important tasks!
